A Holiday Hiatus.

It's about that time of year, but we will still be at Rogue's Harbor tonight at seven thirty.  Then it's off for the Holidays, so we wish you all the best, be safe, and have a wonderful time!  Come on out to Rogue's tonight for our last game before Christmas!  Here are the pictures from last week.

A good turnout last week, despite the fact that the employee Christmas party was about to be underway.  We moved at a fast pace through the game so that we could get out of their hair.

Every game is a championship game when you're a trivia fanatic, and that's the way we like it.  At The Plantation, everyone is always in high spirits and ready for a good time.  We've had a few people start showing up every week, which is always awesome.  As for pictures, here you go!

It was Rocky's birthday yesterday!  Rocky is the bartender, but from where I sit, I couldn't get a picture of her.  But here is B-Dale crew having a good time as usual.

Even though the drive to The Plantation was horrid due to weather conditions, the teams and staff definitely made it worth our while.  Can't wait to see you all again next week!

On a side note: Each game we play, I try and get as many pictures as I can, but I don't want to be getting a lot of the same pictures.  If there are things that you would like to see, or you have any sort of ideas on what else I should be taking pictures of, then please do let us know by leaving a comment!  Any advice or requests would be greatly appreciated!

It was everything a host could hope and dream for.

The Championships were even more fun than we had anticipated!  Definitely the largest group we've had the pleasure of working with.  There were eleven teams!  It was almost standing room only in Rogue's Harbor, and that's always an awesome sight to see.  As usual, we have a picture of the scoreboard for your viewing pleasure.

One of the Ithaca Applebee's teams took first place with 920 points, and that was Crebain from Dunland.  Congrats!

Second place was Suspicious Moles, also from Ithaca Applebee's.

Third place was The Mighty Midwest, an awesome victory considering Rogue's Harbor is their home turf.

Rogue's Harbor also handed out extra goodies to those who came in fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh.

I've been kicking myself for not getting a picture of the crowd, there was at least fifty people!  But everyone played a good, clean game.  No cellphones were seen, and no answers were shouted out.  It was a great time, we definitely hope to host a championship game again some day!  Thank you to everyone who came out and had an amazing night with us!

Hopefully you guys are just as excited as we are!  Especially since we get to host the championship game at Rogue's Harbor on December 9th.  As always, here are some photo ops from Monday nights game.  Enjoy!

We had a nice little surprise waiting for us in the form of Dan wanting to play some trivia!  He also happens to be on the winning team "Wayne the Main Brain", who took first place prize with 1,000 points!

So, this wasn't taken at Rogue's Harbor, but it is a great example of people getting creative!  When you can't lose points for wrong answers, then why not make up something witty(or even a little ridiculous)?  It just adds even more to the fun!

Tonight, as you all know, we will be at The Plantation in Dryden for the eight o'clock game.  Come on down for a crazy awesome time!  And don't forget the championships on December 9th at Rogue's Harbor!

Time for some updates!

It's that time again!  Playoffs begin this week, so let the games begin!  Tonight, playoffs are held at O'Leary's in Penn Yann for the teams at O'Leary's, Sal's, and The Keuka.  The game starts at seven thirty, and good luck to all the participating teams!  On a sad note, we will not be at Kilpatrick's on Wednesday nights at 10:30 anymore.  We definitely enjoyed our time there, and hope that everyone else feels the same!  Tonight is Rogue's Harbor at 7:30 in Lansing, so go out and hunt for the daily bonus and be sure to join us tonight for an awesome game.  Wednesdays are still happening at The Plantation, so we will see you then as well.  Here are some pictures from the past games!
